Director/PDMR shareholding

The Company announces it has been notified that on 21 October 2013 Alan Hardy, a non-executive Director of the Company, sold 362,917 ordinary shares of 20 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 52 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Hardy's beneficial interest is now 5,296,474 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 9.09% of the Company's issued share capital.
