Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC (AIM: MBH.L), the specialist brick, land development and landfill company, today announces that Alan Hardy, a non-executive Director, has resigned as a Director with immediate effect.
Alan was appointed to the Board in 2010 on the acquisition by the Group of Freshfield Lane Brickworks for whom he had served as Managing Director for many years. Alan helped integrate Freshfield lane into the Group and has latterly served as non-executive director, sitting on the Audit and Remuneration committees. Alan is leaving to devote his energy to interests outside of the industry which include charitable organisations and to his duties as a Justice of the Peace.
The Board at Michelmersh thank him for his efforts over the last 5 years and wish him well in the future.
