Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies that, as at 31 August 2018, Michelmersh's issued share capital comprises 86,415,969 ordinary shares of 20 pence each, none of which are held in treasury.
The total number of current voting rights in the Company is therefore 86,415,969 ordinary shares, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
