Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Colin Nicholl, Deputy Chairman, transferred the legal title to 2,378,000 ordinary shares of 0.0025 pence each in the Company ("the Shares"), representing his entire holding, to Chase Nominees Limited at nil cost on 27 April 2011.

Following this transfer, Mr. Nicholl continues to hold the beneficial interest in the Shares, representing 6.34% of the issued share capital of the Company.
