Director Shareholding

The Company was notified today that Colin Nicholl, Chairman, transferred the legal title to 187,500 ordinary shares of 0.0025 pence each in the Company to Chase Nominees Limited at nil cost on 11 October 2012.

Following this transfer, Mr. Nicholl continues to hold a beneficial interest in shares representing 6.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
