Mid Wynd International Investment Trust plc (the "Company")

Additional Listing of Shares

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing, for general business purposes, of 5,451,779 Ordinary shares of 5 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for the shares to be admitted to trading on its main market.

The Company intends to issue the Shares from time to time in order to satisfy ongoing investor demand and to ensure an efficient market in the Company's shares by addressing periodic market imbalances between supply and demand and managing the share price premium to net asset value. The block listing is expected to become effective at 8 am on 29 April 2016.
