Annual General Meeting, 13 October 2008

 All resolutions were passed at the AGM of the Company held on 13 October 2008, including those detailed below:

Special Business

• Shareholders approved a special resolution authorising the Company to buy-back its own shares up to a maximum of 14.99% of the Company's issued share capital, being 753,662 ordinary shares of 25p. This authority will expire at the conclusion of the AGM to be held in respect of the year ending 30 June 2009. 

• Shareholders approved a special resolution to amend the Company's Articles of Association to take account of, inter alia, changes in company law brought about by the Companies Act 2006.

A copy of the resolutions passed under special business have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility at the address below.
