MID WYND INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT TRUST PLC (the 'Company')
Annual General Meeting - Amendment to Articles of Association
The Company has, in accordance with DTR 6.1.2, submitted a copy of the proposed
changes to the Company's Articles of Association to the UK Listing Authority.
The amendments, which will be considered at the AGM on 1 October 2007, are to
permit share repurchases to be funded from capital reserves. The proposed
changes to the Articles of Association can be found in the Notice of Annual
General Meeting contained in the Annual Report and Accounts which will shortly
be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
Facility, which is situated at:
