Mid Wynd International Investment Trust plc (the 'Company') announces that   Mr Simon Edelsten, fund manager of the Company, has acquired a further 2,000 o rdinary shares of £0.05 each. 

Following the transaction Mr Edelsten now holds 2,381,527 ordinary shares in the Company.
