Appointment of Director
Micky Ingall joins the Board.
The Board of Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce
the appointment of Micky Ingall as a non-executive director of the Company with
effect from 6 June 2005.
Mr Ingall is a former chairman and chief executive of Rathbone Brothers plc, the
bankers and investment managers. He is currently a director of Investors Capital
Trust plc and Edinburgh Small Companies Trust plc, and a former director of
Neilson Cobbold Holdings plc and St David's Investment Trust plc.
There is no information that is required to be disclosed in relation to
paragraph 6.F.2(b) to (g) of the Listing Rules.
The appointment falls to be ratified at the Annual General Meeting of the
Company to be held in October 2005.
