The Company announces the allotment of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid on 17 March 2011 under its block listing facility. Following the allotment there are 5,222,766 Ordinary Shares in issue. These shares were issued for cash on 17 March 2011 at a price of 1,225p per share.
