The Company announces the allotment of 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid on 13 December 2010 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 5,172,766 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 13 December 2010 at a price of 1,265p per share.
