The Company announces the allotment of 250,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each fully paid on 19 October 2011 under its block listing facility.  Following the allotment there are 26,613,830 Ordinary Shares in issue.  These shares were issued for cash on 19 October 2011 at a price of 231.00p per share.
