Issue of new Ordinary Shares - update

This announcement replaces the previous release made on 6 January 2016 under RNS number 0697L. The only change relates to the inclusion of the following additional wording: "at a price of 336 pence per ordinary share to provide liquidity in the market." All other details in the announcement remain the same.

The Company announces that it has on the 6 January 2016, allotted 150,000 of its Ordinary shares of 5 pence each at a price of 336 pence per ordinary share to provide liquidity in the market. Of these, 119,750 have been issued from the Company's existing block listing facility. An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the remaining 30,250 shares (the "New Shares")  to be admitted by the Financial Conduct Authority to the premium segment of the Official List and by the London Stock Exchange to trading on its main market (together, "Admission"). These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company and were issued.

Applications have been made for Admission and this is expected to become effective, and dealings in the New Shares are expected to commence at 8.00 am on 12 January 2016.

Following the issue of the Ordinary shares, the Company's issued share capital will be 27,325,460 Ordinary shares with no shares being held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 27,325,460.

The above figure (27,325,460) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
