Issue of Ordinary shares from treasury

The Company announces that it has today issued 50,000 of its Ordinary shares of 5 pence each which were held in treasury. The shares were issued at a price of 340.00 pence per Ordinary share.

Following the issue of the Ordinary shares from treasury, the Company's issued share capital comprises 26,863,830 Ordinary shares, of which 920,321 are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 25,943,509.

Total Voting Rights

The above figure (25,943,509) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
