Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Mid Wynd International Investment Trust (the "Company") has today published a Supplementary Prospectus approved by the UK Listing Authority. It is a regulatory requirement to publish a supplementary prospectus following the publication of the half-yearly financial report for the six months ended 31 December 2016.

The Supplementary Prospectus is supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, the Prospectus published by the Company on 20 April 2016 relating to the Issues in respect of up to 15 million New Shares in aggregate.

The supplementary prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk.NSM and at the Company's website at www.midwynd.co.uk.
