Renewal of loan facility

The Company is pleased to announce that it has agreed to enter into a $16 million revolving loan facility with Scotiabank with effect from 20 February 2015. This facility is unsecured and will be available until 20 February 2018. It will replace the Company's previous term loans of £2.5 million and €3 million with Scotiabank which will mature on 20 February 2015.
