Purchase of Own Securities - Replacement

Replaces Announcement 2030K17 made at 17:13 on 20 June 2014

On 20 June 2014 Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC announced that it had bought back 196,277 ordinary shares.  The number of shares bought back was incorrect and should have been 196,227 ordinary shares.  The following is an amended announcement.

On 20 June 2014, the Company purchased 196,227 ordinary shares at a price of 270.50p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the transaction the Company holds 4,273,936 shares in Treasury. Shares will only be re-sold from Treasury at a premium to the Net Asset Value per ordinary share.

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury is 22,589,894.

The above figure (22,589,894) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
