In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R we would like to notify the market of the following:

Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC's capital consists of 26,863,830 ordinary shares. Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC holds 2,930,066 ordinary shares in Treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC is 23,933,764.

The above figure (23,933,764) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
