Purchase of Own Securities

On 13 August 2013, the Company purchased 90,000 ordinary shares at a price of 264.33p. The shares purchased will be held in Treasury.

Following the transaction the Company holds 640,000 shares in Treasury. Shares will only be re-sold from Treasury at a premium to the Net Asset Value per ordinary share.

The shares in issue less the total number of shares in Treasury is 26,223,830.

The above figure (26,223,830) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mid Wynd International Investment Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
