The Company was informed on 4 June 2010 that Graham Axford and interests associated with him acquired 600,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in Oak on 3 June 2010.

The aggregate holding of Mr Axford, his wife and associated interests has, therefore, increased to 3,797,591 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.83 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

Project, a phased development which will create one of the largest undercover, leisure-based, resort and convention destinations in Europe.  The site covers 327 acres and is adjacent to the Rother Valley Country Park in South Yorkshire.
