Result of Annual General Meeting

The Board announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, with the exception of resolution 3, all resolutions were duly passed.

Resolution 3 concerned the re-appointment of Placid Gonzales as a director of the Company. As per the announcement dated 18 August 2017, Placid Gonzales has previously resigned as a director and was therefore no longer seeking reappointment. As such resolution 3 was not passed.
