                            SUSPENSION OF DEALINGS



The Board of the Company notes the recent movement in the Company's share price.
  It is currently in advanced negotiations that may or may not lead to a reverse
takeover of the Company.



The Board of the Company notes the recent press speculation and confirms that it
is in talks with a property development company in which Malcolm Savage would
assume a key role.



The Company has requested a suspension of dealings in its shares and expects to
make a detailed announcement shortly.
