Changes to Board of Directors

London, UK -- (January 25, 2017) - Mineral & Financial Investments Limited (LSE/AIM: MAFL) (the "Company" or "M&FI" or "MAFL") announces the resignation of Laurence Read with immediate effect from the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Read had been a member of the M&FI Board since mid-2013, and was, at the time of his resignation, serving as an independent director, having been previously been an Executive Director of the Company.

Jacques Vaillancourt, M&FI's Chairman had the following remarks concerning the departure of Mr. Read: "We thank Laurence for his highly valued and insightful contributions as well as his steadfast support for M&FI over the past 3 years. We wish him the very best in his future endeavors."
