The Company was today informed that James Lesser, Chief Operating Officer of MAFL, purchased 223,880 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7p per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Lesser's beneficial ownership is 223,880 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.64 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
