As announced on 4 October 2012, on 27 September 2012 MAFL executed an agreement with Sharefunds Limited in respect of a nil rate loan note for the amount of £440,000 which was to be repaid in instalments. No interest accrued on these loan notes. The majority of the loan was repaid prior to the end of 2014, but it was agreed that any balance remaining would be paid after 31 August 2015.
Accordingly, the final loan note repayment of £133,923 was paid on 28 September 2015.
