Group Plc confirms that as at 31 May 2007 the Company's Issued Share Capital is
49,332,042 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each. No Ordinary Shares are held in
treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
49,332,042.



The above figures may be used by shareholders in determining whether they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Minoan
Group Plc under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
