                               Additional Listing

The Company announces that 100,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted following an exercise of share
options, at an option price of 1.225p per share. Application has been made for
the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is
expected to become effective at 8 a.m. on Friday 30th July 2004.
