Further to the announcement released on 2 April 2004 in relation to YooMedia's
acquisition of Fancy a Flutter Limited, the Company announces that 200,000 new
Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New Ordinary Shares') have been issued and
allotted in relation to the remaining satisfaction of the consideration in
accordance with the terms of the acquisition agreement.


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become
effective at 8am on Wednesday 13th October 2004.
