                               Additional Listing

Following the EGM held on 3 October 2006, and in accordance with the shareholder
resolutions passed therein, the Board of YooMedia has issued 10,521,600 ordinary
shares to Mr Leo Noe at a price of 2p per ordinary share.

The Board of YooMedia was also advised that an employee had served notice to
exercise 19,106 share options at a price of 1p per ordinary share. In accordance
with the terms of the relevant share option agreement, 19,106 ordinary shares
are being issued and allotted.

Application has been made for the 10,540,706 ordinary shares to be admitted to
AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 27 October 2006.
