                               Additional Listing


The Company announces that 2,075,652 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each (the 'New
Ordinary Shares') have been issued and allotted in relation to the exercise of
employee share options.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary
Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become
effective at 8am on Thursday 9 June 2005.
