                LINKING AGREEMENT WITH eTOYS

e-district.net plc ('e-district'), the AIM-quoted owner and
developer of LeisureDistrict.net, a leading interactive family
entertainment community channel and content provider for
interactive digital television, has signed an agreement with
leading internet retailer eToys UK Ltd. ('eToys') which will
enable e-district to offer children's products for sale
through a link from LeisureDistrict to eToys.

e-district will feature an eToys shop front on the main page
of the LeisureDistrict Virtual Shopping Mall enabling
LeisureDistrict visitors to purchase toys and other children's
products online through the link to the eToys web site.  Other
e-commerce partners featured in the Virtual Shopping Mall
include WH Smith, Expedia and Domino's Pizza's.  eToys
currently sells toys through its www.etoys.co.uk web site.

e-district will receive a commission for each customer
transaction concluded by eToys where the customer has
originated from LeisureDistrict.


Steve Laitman, e-district's Chief Executive said :

'The agreement with eToys means that we can now sell toys and
children's products through our Virtual Shopping Mall - an
excellent fit with LeisureDistrict's family entertainment
content.  This deal expands the range of e-commerce
merchandise we can offer through the site.'
