Perpetual Income & Growth Investment Trust plc is now the beneficial owner of
80,738,612 ordinary shares of 1p each, representing approximately 12.84 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. These shares are registered in
the name of Vidacos Nominees Limited.
