the third  quarter ended 30 September 2000.

Commentary

*  Growth in registered users has accelerated significantly as services are   
   rolled out on  distribution  partners' platforms in both the UK and US.    
   There  were  2.7  million registered users at the end of the third quarter 
   (30 June 2000: 2.1 million).


   Monthly compound growth in registered users has accelerated in the third   
   quarter  to 8.8%  (quarter to June 2000: 5.2%). This represents an increase
   from 83.1% to 174.3% on an annualised basis.

*  Stickiness, measured in terms of the proportion of registered users who    
   were active within  a  given  month, has improved considerably. 80% of     
   registered  users  accessed LeisureDistrict Network services during        
   September 2000 (June 2000: 61%).

*  Traffic growth, in terms of global page impressions, has also accelerated  
   greatly, growing  in  line  with  active users in the third quarter.       
   LeisureDistrict  Network services generated 273 million page impression in 
   the month of September 2000  (June 2000: 163 million).

   Monthly compound growth in page impressions has accelerated in the third   
   quarter  to 18.7%  (quarter  to June 2000: 10.4%). This represents an      
   increase  from  227.1%  to 684.6% on an annualised basis.

'We believe that our traffic statistics for the third quarter demonstrate the 
 power of our  network  distribution model. The step change increase  in  our 
 growth  rates  is directly attributable to the impact of new service         
 roll-outs on distribution partners' platforms.

 across  all platforms currently supported. We expect this growth to          
 accelerate further as existing partners extend the reach of their digital

                       and  obtained  a  user  ID and password, have accessed 
                       LeisureDistrict Network services within the previous   
                       four months.

2 Active  users :      Registered users who have accessed the LeisureDistrict
