                        Placing and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it has raised £500,000 (before expenses) by a placing
of 50,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each (the 'Placing Shares') with an
institution at the price of 1p per ordinary share and the issue of 12,500,000
warrants (the 'Warrants'). The Warrants subscribe to one ordinary share each at
the exercise price of 1p per ordinary share and are exercisable up to the second
anniversary from the date of issue of the Warrants.

The issue of the Warrants is conditional on the passing of certain resolutions
at the Company's next extraordinary general meeting (the 'EGM'). The Company is
seeking to call an EGM, notification of which will be sent to shareholders in
due course.

Application has been made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to AIM and
trading is expected to commence on 10 August 2007.

Following the admission of the Placing Shares, the total number of ordinary
shares in issue, and therefore, the total number of voting rights will be
912,242,053.
