Annual Report and Accounts, Directorate Change and Notice of AGM

Mirriad, the leading in-content advertising company, has today posted its 2022 Annual Report and Accounts ("Annual Report") to shareholders. The Annual Report contains the notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held on 30 June 2023 at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, 6^th Floor, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB  and has been sent with a Form of Proxy.

The Company's two non-independent Non-Executive Directors, Alastair Kilgour and Lois Day, have also informed the Company that they will step down as directors upon conclusion of the AGM. As a result Alastair Kilgour and Lois Day will not be standing for re-election at the Company's AGM. The Company announced its proposal to reduce the number of Non-Executive Directors from six to four as part of a restructuring as set out in the circular relating to the Company's Placing and Open Offer sent to shareholders on 16 May 2023.
