Director Appointment
Mirriad, the leading in-content advertising company, announces the appointment of JoAnna Foyle as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.
Following the recent Board appointments of Nicole McCormack and Lois Day, JoAnna will bring additional sector experience from the advertising industry supply side, having recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Inventory Development and Operations at The Trade Desk. Prior to that, she worked as Chief Operating Officer at OpenSlate ahead of its sale to DoubleVerify, and also held executive roles with AOL, Adap.tv, and FreeWheel.
John Pearson, Non-Executive Chairman at Mirriad , said: "JoAnna will make a tremendous addition to the board. Her experience in the US Advertising market and her direct involvement in programmatic buying adds unique value to the board. Her specific sector expertise complements the other recent additions we have made. We are confident that her experience will be invaluable during the next stage of the Company's growth."
