On 1 April 2015, Susan Martindale exercised an option over 36,798 shares at  326.1p per share.

On 1 April 2015, following the exercise, she sold 36,798 Mitchells & Butlers plc shares on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 415.9467p.

Following this transaction, Susan Martindale holds a total of 24,202 ordinary shares in Mitchells & Butlers plc.
