Mitie Group plc - Completion of Buyback Programme

 

Mitie Group plc ("Mitie" or the "Group") announces that it has completed its £50m share buyback programme (the "Programme"), details of which were announced on 9 June 2022.

Over the duration of the Programme, the Group purchased 69m Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each at an average price of 73p.  These 69m shares, representing c.4.8% of the Group's issued share capital, have been cancelled.
