Further to the announcement on 10 December 2018 that Phil Bentley purchased 146,800 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company for consideration of £199,603.96, the Company today announces that Phil Bentley also purchased an additional second tranche of 293 Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company on 10 December 2018 for consideration of £394.64.

The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
