Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons

The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.

On 18 August 2020 Phil Bentley exercised a total of 1,193,301 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").

Following completion of the rights issue the number of nil cost options was adjusted in-line with the accepted standard methodology.
