On 27 July 2021 Phil Bentley, Simon Kirkpatrick and Peter Dickinson were granted options over Ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company under the Company's 2021 Enhanced Delivery Plan ("EDP"). 

The performance conditions attaching to the EDP are detailed in our 2021 Annual Report and Accounts published on 25 June 2021.
