                  Additional Listing and Director Shareholding


Application will shortly be made to the Financial Services Authority for the
admission to the Official List and the London Stock Exchange plc for admission
to trading on its market for listed securities of 87,959 new ordinary shares of
2.5p each in the Company, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.


These shares were issued on 30 September 2003 as remuneration to Non-Executive
Directors of the Company as to:

The shares, in each case representing approx. 0.01% or less of the issued share
capital of the Company, were issued at a price of £1.225 per 2.5p ordinary
share.


Following the issue of these shares, the Company today has been notified that
the interests of each Director in ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company
are as follows:
