MITIE Group PLC ('MITIE')
Changes in executive responsibilities of Directors
MITIE announces that two of its Directors will be changing their executive
responsibilities with effect from 1 April 2004. These changes are occurring as
part of MITIE's strategic business plan and will enable MITIE to continue to
provide customer focused services as markets change.
Colin Hale will become Head of Support Services and will have overall
responsibility for Cleaning, Catering, Security, Engineering Maintenance, Pest
Control, Grounds Maintenance, Business Services and Managed Services.
Roger Goodman has been appointed Group Corporate Development Director. He will
have responsibility for developing the opportunities for growth in our markets
and the implementation of MITIE's sales strategy.
