MITIE Group plc ('MITIE')
Notification of Substantial Shareholding
On 22 May 2001, MITIE received notification that CGNU plc, via its subsidiary
Morley Fund Management Limited, has a notifiable interest of 14,400,376
ordinary shares of 2.5p each in MITIE, which represents 5.15 per cent. of the
current issued ordinary share capital of MITIE.
