Interim Dividend Announcement

As referred to in MITIE's half-yearly financial report for the six months to 30 September 2010 released on 22 November 2010, the Board of Directors of the Company has declared an interim dividend of 4.1 pence per share.  It will be payable on 3 February 2011 to those shareholders on the register on 17 December 2010. 

The final date for receipt or withdrawal of elections under the MITIE dividend reinvestment plan ("DRIP") will be 9 January 2011.
