Result of EGM
At the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Mitie Group plc, held on 12 June 2017, the resolution put to the meeting was passed. The details of the votes cast are shown in a table below. The full text of the resolution is shown in the Notice of the EGM, which is available on our website at www.mitie.com.
A copy of the resolution passed at the meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do.
