Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Voting Rights and Capital

Further to the announcement on 2 January 2024, and in accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), the Company hereby notifies the market that, as at 31 January 2024, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company were as follows:
