MITIE Group PLC ('the Company') - Voting Rights and Capital
Further to the announcement made on 30 March 2007 and in conformity with the
Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 the Company hereby notifies
the market of the following:
MITIE Group PLC's issued share capital now consists of 312,460,821 ordinary
shares with voting rights. The total number of voting rights is 312,460,821.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest, the Company under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
