The Company was advised today that, on 5 January 2007, the Director and Persons
Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in
the Company at a purchase price of £3.85 per Ordinary Share through a Profit
Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme which has been approved by the Inland
Revenue.  Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by
Related Persons, are as follows:
